Rent first
Every paid call pays the shell's accrued rent before the creator sees anything.
The split
fee = v / 100 · rent = min(debt, v − fee) · creator = v − fee − rent
A 0.01 USDG call against 0.006 USDG of debt.
Of the fee, 60% goes to backers through Epochs and 40% to the burn reserve. The order is fixed in the Meter contract and no parameter changes it.
Settlement
Callers sign a USDG authorization per call. The gateway checks it, runs the call, and queues it. Every hour the facilitator sends Meter.settleBatch; each call leaves one Receipt event with the request hash, the fee, the rent and the creator's part. A payment that fails never reverts the batch.
Withdrawing
Hosts and creators pull their USDG with Meter.claim(). Anyone may push a balance to its owner with claimFor(account); the relayer does it for email accounts.
