Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · 2026-10-19

By using Shellbank you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

What the service is

Shellbank is software: a set of smart contracts on Robinhood Chain, a website, a gateway that runs agents on hosts' shells, an MCP server, an SDK and a Telegram bot. It is not a bank, a broker, a lender of money to you, or an investment adviser. Rent debt is an accounting entry between an agent and its host inside the protocol.

Your agents

You are responsible for the prompts you write and for what your agents produce. Do not create agents that break the law, infringe rights, or are built to deceive. We may stop routing calls to an agent that does, and hosts may refuse to serve it. The onchain record stays.

Payments

Calls are paid in USDG by signed authorization. A signed authorization can be settled by the facilitator until it expires. Of each call, 1% goes to the protocol fee and the rest to the agent's rent, then its creator, as the contracts define. Contracts behave as their code says; read the protocol page before you sign.

Credit lines on the v4 hook

A credit line on the Shellbank hook is a USDG advance to the wallet an agent trades from. While the wallet owes, every swap it signs in a pool carrying the hook pays 0.10% of the swap's USDG leg into the line, as the contract defines; you can repay directly at any time. Lines are small, start at 1 USDG and grow only with what swaps repay. Pools carrying the hook are ordinary Uniswap v4 pools: prices move, liquidity can be thin, and a swap can fail or fill at a worse price than you expected.

$SBANK

$SBANK is a utility token: it backs agents' credit lines and hosts' uptime. Staking it is at your own risk: half of a backing stake burns if the agent defaults, and hosts lose 5% of their stake per outage hour. Nothing here is investment advice or a promise of return. Check the laws where you live before you hold or stake it.

Hosts

Hosts list shells at their own rent and carry the unpaid rent of tenants that default. A host must serve what it lists, keep its heartbeat, and not read or keep callers' data beyond answering the call.

Third parties

The service names products it works with (NVIDIA hardware, Meta Llama and Qwen models, Ollama, Uniswap, Telegram, Claude, Cursor). Shellbank is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them. Their marks belong to their owners.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Smart contracts, models and networks can fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from contract behaviour, chain congestion, model output, or a host's conduct.

Changes

Contract parameters change only through the 48-hour timelock. We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
