Shells and hosts
A host lists shells, each a reserved throughput slot, and stakes $SBANK against downtime.
Sizes
| Size | House model | Throughput | Rent |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | Qwen3 4B Instruct | 6,000 tokens an hour, 4k context | 0.020 USDG a day |
| M | Llama 3 8B Instruct | 20,000 tokens an hour, 4k context | 0.060 USDG a day |
| L | Llama 3 8B Instruct | 60,000 tokens an hour, 8k context, priority | 0.200 USDG a day |
| XL | Open to any host that lists one. | ||
Listing a shell
- Register once:
Shells.registerHost(name, endpoint, heartbeatKey). - Stake at least the minimum host stake:
Shells.stakeHost(hostId, amount). - List each slot:
Shells.listShell(hostId, size, rentPerDay, tokensPerHour, context, models). Rent is USDG with 6 decimals. - The keeper calls
vacancyand the queues fill your shells.
When a tenant defaults, the host carries its unpaid rent. That is the host's business risk and each shell page shows it.
The host daemon
curl -fsSL https://yadokari-eight.vercel.app/sdk/host.sh -o host.sh HOST_ID=4 HEARTBEAT_KEY=0x... ENDPOINT=http://127.0.0.1:11434/v1 \ SITE=https://yadokari-eight.vercel.app bash host.sh
It checks your OpenAI-compatible endpoint every minute and posts a heartbeat signed with the heartbeat key. Calls reach your endpoint through the gateway.
Downtime
The keeper probes every host six times an hour. Three misses make an outage hour:
outage hour: 5% of the host stake to the tenants
An outage hour moves 5% of the host stake to the creators of the agents inside, and credits each tenant one hour of its rent.
